Rules of validity
A voucher from a canceled MOBY ticket can only be used for MOBY departures;
The voucher can be used for departures up to 31/12/2021;
The voucher can be redeemed the next time you purchase a ticket for any travel destination from
MOBY;
The voucher can be used once for new bookings with a ticket value (excluding insurance and booking
costs) equal to, lower or higher than the voucher value itself. If the new ticket value (excluding
insurance and booking costs) is higher than the voucher value, the difference must be paid. If the new
ticket value (excluding insurance and booking costs) is lower than the voucher value, the remaining
voucher value is forfeited;
Not retroactively applicable and only valid for the purchase of new tickets (the voucher generated for a
ticket of individual travellers is applicable for a new booking of individual travellers, the voucher
generated for the booking of a group is applicable for a new group ticket);
The voucher can only be used for new bookings for MOBY, not for rebookings;
Valid for tickets from MOBY;
The voucher is granted to the holder of the original ticket and is not transferable to third parties.
